Uni-Care systems are designed to assist with the administratively heavy workload around course start dates. Where possible we work with Agents who manage high numbers of students to deliver a system that suits all.

Uni-Care Agents may access their insured client listings at any time and if they wish download reports for ease of reference.

We issue notice of policies that are expiring so Agents can check to see if insurance is still required.

We understand that travel plans can change – that is why our policies can be upgraded (after the traveller has left home) to cover travel to different destinations.

Most importantly, if something goes wrong and you need help, be reassured that Uni-Care operates a dedicated Claims Office managed by people who are fully experienced in helping when the unexpected happens.
